Frequently Asked Questions
What is masterpiece life-coaching?
Coaching is a partnership in which I will listen, pose questions, encourage, strategize, empower and dream with you.You will set forth the hopes and dreams you wish to achieve during our conversations and I will guide you through a series of exercises that will open the doors for you to partner with God in creating change. We will assess your current circumstances, paint a vision for the future, and breakthrough obstacles in your life. Together we will develop a strategy that will allow you to live life to the fullest and walk with purpose.
Is coaching right for me?
Are you goal oriented? Are you motivated? Are you hard working? Are you excited to create change in your life? If so, then life coaching is for you. What makes life coaching unique is that it is forward thinking. We do not examine or look back. If you are curious then I recommend making an appointment for a free 15-minute consult call and let's figure it out together.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Although many of the communication techniques are the same, like active listening, reflecting, use of questions, limited advice giving, etc., therapy focuses on the past to bring healing and unblock a person to move ahead. Coaching is future and action-oriented, for people who are basically clear of psychological and emotional issues.

How does coaching work?
Life coaching happens through a series of conversations that can take place in a variety of ways. We can meet via phone, Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, or in person. After our session, you will leave with action steps you have designed to accomplish before our next session.
What time can we meet?
I live in South Carolina and I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. I can meet with you in the morning or afternoon and on limited occasions I can make the evenings available. I have an online scheduler that you can use to schedule your sessions with me on days/times that work best for you. You can view my online scheduler here.
How often are our sessions?
Normally, the coaching sessions are spaced out every 2 weeks. However, you, as the client, are able to schedule your sessions as frequently as you prefer. Each coaching package level has a set time by which the total number of sessions must be completed. There are no refunds for unused or missed sessions.
