Based on the book, The COACH Model for Christian Leaders, this workshop is made for those who are experienced as well as those who are not-so-experienced in coaching skills.

Over the course of this training, you will become familiar with the COACH Model® and use it to coach other participants. By the end of the course you will have the skills and the confidence to use coaching in your work and home contexts.  Topic and skills covered in this practical and interactive workshop:

• How to listen actively so others feel you understand them.
• How to ask powerful questions that initiate a change of thinking.
• How to generate feedback that avoids defensiveness.
• How to design action steps that will actually be accomplished.
• How to follow-up to increase learning and accountability.

This online training, via ZOOM, will be held in April 20 - May 5, 2021. (Seats are limited)  

Six, half-days of training:

Tuesday-Thursday 

April 20-22, 9am-12:30pm EDT

Tuesday-Thursday  

April 27-29, 9am-12:30pm EDT  

Then two, 90-min follow-up sessions: 

Tuesday May 4, 9-10:30am EDT 

Wednesday May 5, 9-10:30am EDT

This is a practice-oriented workshop. You agree to attend all the sessions and to let Tami know, in advance, if you foresee any complications.‎ If you cancel your reservation, registration funds will be returned, minus the deposit. 

An additional $25 will be deducted for cancellations made less than two weeks from the event.‎

**Full refunds will be given to all registrants if this event has less than the minimun number of participants.

Please purchase and read "The Coach Model" book by Keith Webb prior to the training. Doing so will greatly enhance your learning and skill development during our workshop.

Upgrading: 

This online workshop course is a professional-level training which can be upgraded to qualify for the International Coach Federation's training requirements. 

Participants can upgrade their training experience to the Coaching Workshop Certificate Program and continue training to earn a professional coach credential. The Coaching Workshop can be Upgraded for $450 after taking the workshop. Upgrades include 21 International Coach Federation training credits and other bonus materials.
