Please purchase and read "The Coach Model" book by Keith Webb before attending. Reading this before the workshop will greatly enhance your learning and skill development during our workshop.

Participants will reflect on their current behavior and leadership styles and integrate coaching skills to create a unique blend for greater leadership effectiveness.   

Participants learn powerful leadership skills for solving problems, reaching goals, and developing others - at home, on the job, or in ministry.

Meet the Workshop Facilitator: 

The training workshop will be facilitated by Tami Thorsen, a Life-Coach, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, she currently lives in Rock Hill with her husband, teenage daughter and their son, who is a freshman at Cedarville University. Tami, her husband and two children served as SIM missionaries in Bolivia for eight years, teaching Bible classes at the SIM mission high school. Prior to this, she served alongside her husband as he ministered for ten years as student pastor at Center Street Baptist Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. Tami has filled over thirty journals since the age of twelve, the same age she owned and drove her own snomobile. During her high school and college years, she carried the name, "Super-SPAM," as she creatively and passionately spoke before thousands of young people around the US on how God's Word empowers us to be courageous Christ-followers!  Tami has been coaching clients via her Head2Heart Onward Coaching Ministry for over three years and has a passion to pass this valuable skill on to others who desire their leadership to be the most effective it can be for God's glory.
