Coaching Support for Ongoing Growth & Development*

Coaching Training Development via Zoom: 

The objective of these additional is to allow for continued coaching-skills growth, development and accountability as we further integrate new coaching skills and tools into our present roles and ministries. 

Classes include: Deeper training and challenging in coaching skills, individual practice, group discussion/feedback, learning to better navigate and use Zoom for coaching conversations and even be given access to effective coaching tools/resources that will further enhance your coaching conversations! (Minimum number of participants: 6) 

• One, 90-min tele-class per month via Zoom   
• Receive Head2Heart Onward Coaching Training Resources 

*Open to those who have attended the COACH Model Coaching Training only 

• Approximate Lay-out of Zoom class time:  

         Beginning: first 25-min of “class” is as a group (lecture, ppt, group discussion)   

         Middle: 45-min of “class” is 3, 15-min practice times in three’s using the coaching skill/tool taught prior (each taking turns  

         to be coach, coachee, observer)   

         End: 20-min debrief as a group   

• 2020 Tele-class Dates: September 15-18  9:30am-11:00am/12:30 noon* EST 

Tuesday Sept 15         9:30-11:00am EDT:  Class One

Wednesday Sept 16    9:30-11:00am EDT:  Class Two

 *Thursday Sept 17      9:30-12:30pm EDT: Class Three & Four

 Friday Sept 18            9:30-11:00am EDT: Class Five

• One-time Cost: $90.00 non-refundable** (no refunds for missed classes; however, ZOOM tele-class recordings will be available for any session missed)   
• Pre-requisite: Have attended COACH Model Coaching Training and have Zoom downloaded to your computer   
• Registration/Payment Deadline: Saturday July 25, 2020
