SIM Latin America COACH Model Training Workshop

Coach Model Training for SIM missionaries serving in South America

Those who attend this Online Coaching Training will not only learn the coaching mindset but also practice the coaching skills so they are ready to integrate coaching right away into their current roles and ministries!  

Date/Time:

• This 8-day online training, via ZOOM, will be held throughout the three weeks of April 20-May 5: (Min of 6 participants needed)

   o Six days of attending a 3.5-hour training session: 

      Mon-Wed April 20-22 9am-12:30pm EDT

      Mon-Wed April 27-29 9am-12:30pm EDT

   o Two days of attending a 90-min/day follow-up session:

      Monday and Tuesday May 4-5 9am-10:30am EDT

Costs* and Payment: 

Early Registration: (Before midnight, April 11, 2020) $150 USD 

Regular Registration: (After April 11, but before April 15, 2020) $200 USD

Late Registration: (After April 15, 2020) $250 USD

 * These prices include a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Understand The Following: 

This is a practice-oriented workshop. You agree to attend all the sessions and to let Tami know, in advance, if you foresee any complications.‎ If you cancel your reservation, registration funds will be returned, minus the deposit. 

An additional $25 will be deducted for cancellations made after April 11th.

 

Pre-Reading: 

You are strongly encouraged to purchase and read "The Coach Model" book by Keith Webb prior to the training. Doing so will greatly enhance your learning and skill development during our workshop.

Opportunity for Upgrading: 

If interested, this online workshop course is a professional-level training which can be upgraded to qualify for the International Coach Federation's training requirements. 

Participants can upgrade their training experience to the Coaching Workshop Certificate Program and continue training to earn a professional coach credential. The Coaching Workshop can be Upgraded for $450 after taking the workshop. Upgrades include 21 International Coach Federation training credits and other bonus materials.
