This was such a good read and made me think back to my Bible reading one morning this past week in the book of Isaiah. In Isaiah 40:31 it says, "but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength;they shall mount up with wings like eagles;they shall run and not be weary;they shall walk and not faint."
The author (Kayla Ferris) of the devotion I read says this, "We get weary and worn out. And when this happens God doesn't look at us with disappointment, but rather He sees an invitation. An invitation to "renew" or strength". The word renew means "to exchange". We trade the little we have for everything God has. And God has powerful, endl…
