Service Description

$85.00 for 90 minutes, entirely focused on you and your growth as a coach. You choose what we work on. Bring a recent coaching conversation you'd like to unpack: what went well, what felt stuck, what you'd do differently. Bring the questions you've been carrying about your own coaching. Or coach me live and receive direct, specific feedback on what you did and where you can grow. This isn't a lecture or a training module. It's real coaching, examined together, with your actual practice as the material. We'll look at what's already strong in you, name the one or two shifts that will make the biggest difference, and build a clear next step you can start practicing right away. What you receive: 1. A 90-minute one-to-one mentor coaching session, shaped around what you bring Honest, encouraging feedback grounded in the ICF Core Competencies 2. A full written summary of the session — your strengths, your growth areas, and your next steps 3. A complete written transcript of our time together 4. The session recording, yours to keep and revisit Most coaches walk away with something they couldn't have seen on their own. The summary and recording mean you don't have to hold it all in your head — you can return to it weeks later and still be learning from it. Come as you are, wherever you are in your coaching journey.
