At this workshop, we want to equip you to increase your ability to lead by asking and listening rather than just teaching or telling. Both asking and teaching have their place, but many people operate from telling a large percentage of the time. One purpose of this workshop is to learn ways to listen more actively. You will come away from this class with new skills in listening actively so others feel understood and valued.
