For an investment of: $1,125.00 USD 22 hrs of 1:1 Professional training over entire ICF*-approved COACH Model, by Keith Webb. This Mentor-coaching package includes the following: 1. Hard copies of the COACH Model Training Workbook, COACH Model Bookmark & COACH Model Sheet 2. Professional coaching skills/mindsets guidance and support in an online 1:1 personal training Zoom environment. 3. A total of 22, coaching skills training-hours to learn, understand, practice and implement the basics of the 5 Key Aspects of a Coaching conversation: Connect, Outcome, Awareness, Course, Highlights as taught by Keith Webb in his book, The Coach Model for Christian Leaders. 4. Learn, practice, and develop COACH Model coaching skills to integrate specifically into your present roles and ministries. 5. Ongoing email/text access to ask your questions at any time. 6. Access to Tami's resources/templates as best aligns with your own goals and vision for ministering to others via coaching. 7. Your own personal, life-time, private ARCHIVE on Tami's website to store your training recordings, resources, etc for future reference. All for the investment of $1,125.00 USD NOTE: Each 60-minute training session is scheduled as best fits your weekday time-budget. You simply go to Tami's online scheduler through your Personal Account on Tami's website to book the sessions when you are ready. All 22 hours must be completed within 1 year of enrollment.
